Medicating and feeding abandoned and feral cats costs money. Any amount you donate will go directly towards the medical costs of helping the animals we take in.
To know exactly how your donation can help:
$200 will allow us to take one adult cat into foster care
$35 will allow us to take one kitten into foster care
$25 will allow us to provide antibiotics to a sick cat/kitten
$50 will allow us to bottle feed an abandoned kitten for a week

use the Donate button. No charitable receipt will be issued and the cost to us is 3%.

Simply email the donation to flora_louise@yahoo.ca. Your bank will notify you when we have received it and we will deposit it directly into Cat Rescue Network's account and acknowledge with a thank you. There are only minimal transaction fees to us for this (about $2.50).
If you require a charitable receipt (donations over $20):
We are a member of a National umbrella organization for rescuers, Helping Homeless Pets (HHP). They issue CRA receipts on our behalf and take care of part of the administrative work.
Go to https://www.canadahelps.org/en/pages/cat-rescue-network-2/ Our donation page should appear. Follow the Canada Helps instructions and once sent, you will get your charitable receipt immediately on line through CanadaHelps. The charge to us for this service is 6%. (3% Canada Helps, 3% to helping homeless pets.)
Be sure to write in the Comments section that you want the donation to go to Cat Rescue Network and keep the box ticked that says that you want it to appear on our fundraising page. Otherwise it will go into general funds and we will have no way to track it. Please let me know once you have done this so that I can track it too.
